Returns & Returns
You can return your order to us within fourteen days. Returns will not be accepted if the product is opened or damaged. Freshness seals must always be intact. We do not accept returns that do not meet requirements.
After we receive the return, we will process the return within 14 working days.

Received a defective product?
If you have received a defective product, we ask that you first contact us at info@standard-beauty.de zu within 14 days so that we can resolve the problem. Please send us your order number, description of the problem and, if applicable, pictures of the damage.
