1. Scope and contractual partner

These terms and conditions apply to all orders that you place with Standard Beauty GmbH. By placing your order you agree to these terms and conditions.


2. Orders, conclusion of contract

2.1 Prices
All sales prices on our website are in euros. The prices visible to you on the website at the time of your order apply.Standard Beauty reserves the right to change the sales prices of the products at any time. Before you complete your order, we will inform you of any price changes. These prices apply to orders placed online.

In addition to the product costs, there are shipping costs, which will be invoiced to you separately. The shipping costs will be displayed to you before you complete your order. The different shipping methods are described in our general terms and conditions and can also be viewed on the website. Please note that Standard Beauty has the right to change these shipping methods at any time. Therefore, we recommend that all buyers regularly review the Terms and Conditions available on our website.

All prices include VAT applicable at the time of ordering. If the applicable VAT rate changes, this will automatically be added to the price of the products sold through our website.


2.2 Product characteristics
Before ordering, the buyer can find out about the main characteristics and properties of the products he wants to order on the website.

The products comply with German legal regulations.

2.3 Availability

Standard Beauty product offerings advertised on the Site are valid as long as they are available. If products are not in stock, you will find out whether they are available during the ordering process. This information may occasionally contain errors or changes.

If Standard Beauty discovers that products are unavailable, we will inform you immediately and, if applicable, refund any amounts previously paid for those products. In this case, no contract is concluded for the unavailable products.


3. Right of withdrawal

-Cancellation policy-

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you received the goods.

To meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you or a third party nominated to you cancel this contract, we will refund you all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choosing a method of delivery other than that have chosen the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), which we received from you. This refund will be made immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice. We use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. There are no additional costs to you for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You should return or hand over the goods to us immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your cancellation of this contract.

With regard to the return costs, the following regulations apply: you bear the return costs.

You are obliged to a possible loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to a use of the goods that goes beyond checking the nature, properties and functionality and was not necessary.

For your cancellation declaration in text or written form, you can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

    4. Delivery


    (1) We deliver your order quickly and reliably directly to your home. Delivery within Germany is free for orders over 35 euros.

    (2) If your order value is less than 35 euros, we will inform you how much you are still missing in order to save shipping costs. Take advantage of this advice and simply add a little more to your shopping cart.


    5. Payment methods and discounts


    (1) We offer various payment options including credit card, PayPal and more. Discounts and vouchers can be redeemed under the conditions stated in each case. Discounts and vouchers cannot be paid out.

    Depending on the payment method you choose, your account will be debited at the earliest possible date

    (2) Discounts or discount vouchers (e.g. b a voucher with a discount code, a newsletter bonus, or a birthday voucher) can only be redeemed under the terms and conditions advertised in each case. Multiple discounts and discount vouchers cannot be combined.

    6. Claims for defects


    (1) We stand behind the quality of our products.If a product still has defects, we will take care of them quickly. We will repair it or send you a replacement. If the repair or replacement is too expensive, we will offer you another solution. We bear the costs for these solutions. If we cannot correct the defects, you can either cancel the purchase or reduce the purchase price.Defective products must be returned to us unless you have decided to reduce the purchase price.

    (2) Claims for defects expire within 2 years from the time of delivery. Consequences of self-induced deficiencies, e.g.b Dropping/breakage of a product is excluded from this regulation.

    (3) The product images do not always have to match the appearance of the delivered products. In particular, after manufacturers renew their product ranges, there may be changes in the appearance and features of the products. There are no claims for defects if the changes are reasonable for the customer.

    (4) Claims for defects expire within 2 years from the time the goods are delivered.

    7. Compensation

    Compensation for damages due to breach of an obligation arising from the contractual relationship must be paid under the legal requirements. The same applies to claims for damages based on the Product Liability Act. All instructions on the packaging and inserts must be observed. No liability is assumed for any application and/or handling that deviates from this.



    8. Data protection

    We treat your data confidentially and in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. You can find further information in our Data protection declaration.

    9.Legal capacity of the buyer

    The buyer declares before placing his order that he has full legal capacity and is therefore able to bind himself to these General Terms and Conditions.

    10.Intellectual property

    The Standard Beauty brand and all graphic or word marks, illustrations, images and logos and other content displayed on the website (including, but not limited to, the General Terms and Conditions of Use and these Terms and Conditions) are and remain the exclusive property of Standard Beauty or the respective owner of the relevant intellectual property rights.

    Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these trademarks, illustrations, images, logos or other content of the website, for any reason and in any medium, is prohibited without the express, written and prior consent of Standard Beauty or the respective owner of the relevant intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited. The same applies to all works, designs and patents depicted on the website and/or used on the website.
